Costs, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

All  costs are quoted at per/double/ per night unless other wise  stated. Confirmation and Deposits which is  NON-REFUNDABLE -of 20% or 50% for all Holiday Periods is required a.s.a.p. after booking .Most credit cards,Epos, cheque direct debit is accepted.

Cancellation must be (7)seven days prior to check in,there is no refund - accept where we are able to on sell the booking and then only the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation on the day is non-refundable or unused time after check in.

 Long  weekends minimum 3 nights.  2 Nights Accepted on the deluxe spa rooms

In some  case a security bond maybe asked for inadvance and returned on departure if Lodges are left in a reasonable neat clean condition and no damaged was  incurred.

Please NOTE that public holidays are a minimum of three nights and peak rates will apply to all bookings

Christmas Bookings Minimum of Three Nights from 24th.December to the 2nd January.
